This place is very quiet and clean.The king size bed was so comfortable.(Simmons beautyrest)I would go there again.Combine it O.j restaurant. Then you get a nice meal and good night sleep.

Purchased this certificate, but never got to use it. When we tried to book for a Saturday night, we were told Sun-Thurs only. This was NOT printed on our original certificate at all, but she didn't care. VERY rude from the moment the call was made. Asked to speak to manager & was told she was the manager. She said to take it up w/RTownshopper. Very bad business in my opinion. RTown was awesome and said they were getting other calls about this hotel.

We were unable to redeem this certificate because the Lodge said we must stay Sun - Thursday and we can only stay on the weekends because of other obligations during the week. That is why we purchased a certificate that DID NOT have this stipulation included in it. The desk clerk at the Lodge did not care and told me to take it up with RTownShopper, which I did, and it was resolved to my satisfaction. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay at the Crivitz Lodge. Hard to believe that they would alienate a potential repeat customer this way.
