The good news is, I love the cut and color. The bad news is, I felt violated when I paid for my services. Along with the $20 certificate I had to pay an additional $101.00. $121.00 for a cut and all-over color (no high-lights) on short hair is probably the highest in the city! I only frequent the better salons because I go every 5 weeks and want quality services and products for my hair, but that price is ridiculously high! I thought the idea of RTown was to introduce services at a reduced rate with the idea of going back to that business again as a pleased customer. I can say emphatically that I will never go back to Dimensions.
