BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS after mark did the tune up he refused to acceot the coupon chaging me full price.he did not fix the problems i had asked him to. My sister had the same issue with him several years back when he exchanged her new computer for an older model he had refurbished and charged her a large fee. the computer never ran correctly and she had to purchase another new one. As it turned out he had his kid working on the computers at home instead of him. she was never compensated.BE WARE
