We went there today and it was seriously so much fun! It was clean and safe and so much fun for our kids who are 3, 6, and 8. We stayed for over 3 hours and had a great time! We will definitely go again! Thanks!

I was very excited to use this voucher and went on my son's birthday. But I was ultimately disappointed. When I walked in, I had to buy socks at $2 a pair x 4 pair. This information was nowhere to be found on their website or I would have brought my own socks. So much for my RTown discount.

Overall it was okay but I wish I would have known a few more things going in. Their website seems to only provide information for parties and groups and doesn't actually provide basic admission information.

The games and inflatables reminded me of Badger Sports Park but without the flash. The inflatables were fine, the games were okay, too.

Their pizza was all right, definitely better than Chuck E. Cheese. They are sliced in triangles and not square pieces so keep that in mind if you bring toddlers. And cutting with a plastic knife is a lot of fun--not.

The server only brought 4 of everything (plates cups, etc) and there were 8 in our party. First she brought the cups and when I went up and asked for four more, I thought she'd figure it out; we were the only ones ordering food at the time. Nope. Then she brought over four plates and I ended up going back up for more. Straws weren't included so I had to go ask for them. Forks weren't provided so I had to go ask for those as well.

The staff didn't do a very good job of supervising, either. There was one toddler inflatable and we had three toddlers in our party. The inflatable stated that there had to be a staff supervisor present in order for anyone to use that inflatable. There wasn't a staffer to be found. There were a few from time to time who stood on the corners of other parts of the play area and monitored, but it was rare. They'd be there for a minute and then disappear.

The prizes for the kids were okay, certainly better than Chuck E Cheese, too. But as with any place like that, you really have to spend a ton on tokens in order to earn enough tickets for something more than penny candy.

To top it all off, when we were leaving, the worker at the front door said he needed to cut our wristbands off. I pointed out to him that my RTown Shopper voucher said it was an all-day pass and he started to argue with me that no, you couldn't return the same day. Their rules didn't allow it. Well, heck, that was part of the reason I bought the darn thing. So we could return after dinner and play some more. What does ALL DAY PASS mean to you?

Will I go back? Not right away. I certainly wouldn't go without another RTown voucher AND my own socks now that I know better.
