Brenda was very determined in addressing my color issue (eliminating the brassy tone)and was quite successful. I was very pleased with her efforts. NOTE: The color price ($45) did not include blow dry and style(!?) So WITH RTown certificate, my total was $49.50 PLUS TIP for a simple color. ($20 for balance of color, and additional 17 for style) Seems high to me.
