Use of this Web site constitutes acceptance of RTownShopper.com’s Terms & Conditions. User agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions, operating rules and/or policies of RTownShopper.com.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

RTownShopper.com makes no warranties on products or services. Prices of certificates are subject to change at our discretion. RTownShopper.com does not provide refunds or exchanges on certificates.

Only one account per household:

By creating an account, the user agrees to not create multiple accounts for the purpose of buying the same certificate before the lockout period on that particular certificate is over. This is against RTownShopper.com’s policies, and any such activity may ban the user’s IP address from RTownShopper.com.

Payment for certificates:

All payments to RTownShopper.com must be made online by credit card. RTownShopper.com accepts Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

All certificates must be printed online. Each certificate is printed with an issued unique ID number. The unique certificate number allows the merchant to verify the certificate’s authenticity.

Certificate expiration dates:

Products - 60 days from purchase date, unless otherwise specified.
Services - 1 year from purchase date, unless otherwise specified.
Exceptions to these dates are clearly noted on the Web site and on the printed certificate.
Expired certificates have no value and cannot be extended.

Customer agrees to contact RTownShopper.com: Customer agrees to contact RTownShopper.com directly (not the merchant) to resolve any problems or issues in certificate use.

General Terms of Use for Certificates:

No change back.
In the event that the full value of the certificate is not redeemed, no change or credit will be given.

Not valid with any other offers.
Certificates may not be used with any other discounts, coupons, or offers.

No duplicate certificate purchases.

Per household.
Per 90 days, unless otherwise specified.
Customer agrees to not create multiple accounts to bypass the 90-day certificate lockout period.

Sales Tax is not included.
Merchants may collect sales tax at the time certificate is redeemed.

Gratuity/Tip is not included.
Restaurants, salons, and similar certificates may not be applied toward gratuity (15% to 20% of final bill).

Restaurant certificates are limited to one per table.

Entire certificate must be used in one visit.

Discount Certificates:

Payment for the certificate is made to RTownShopper.com online.
Upon redemption, the customer agrees to pay the Balance Due to Merchant When Redeemed.
General Terms & Conditions for use of certificates apply (noted above).

User Name and Password:

Once a party becomes a member of the site:

The member will select an e-mail address for their username and create a password.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their usernames and passwords.
Members are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under a member’s ID and password.
Members agree to notify RTownShopper.com immediately of any unauthorized use of member’s ID or any breach of security known to member.

Limitation and Liability:

In no event shall RTownShopper.com, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products, on RTownShopper.com, RTownShopper.com services or these terms and conditions (however arising, including negligence), including lost profits, whether or not the possibility of such damages was, or could have been, known. The liability of RTownShopper.com, affiliates, and suppliers, and the respective employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the product purchased hereunder. By utilizing RTownShopper.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. Buyer agrees that all sales of merchandise offered through RTownShopper.com constitutes a sale under applicable Wisconsin law with jurisdiction and venue solely and exclusively in Winnebago County, Wisconsin.

RTownShopper.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel participation privileges of any individual found to be in violation of any of the above general conditions.
